Learn how to exercise properly in a supportive but tough environment, with alternating workouts that help to continuously improve your physique and mental and physical health. Equipment including dumbbells, jump ropes, kettle bells, agility ladders, bosu balls and more will keep your challenged, interested and having fun! All exercises are personalized to suit individuals’ abilities and goals, providing a safe and effective workout.
